Unavailabilities

This page is intended for the transparent and timely publication of planned or unplanned unavailability of transmission lines, in accordance with Article 4 of REMIT Regulation (EU) 1227/2011.

The presentations and formats of the publications are based on the requirements for the publication of other inside information in accordance with the Manual of Procedures (MoP) of the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER).

According to Regulation XXXX (REMIT II) Article 5, insider information must be published on so-called insider information platforms. APG fulfills this obligation by publishing on the JAO insider information platform.

*APG is not liable for incorrect or missing information on the APG websites. Therefore, all decisions based on information from the APG website are the sole responsibility of the user. In particular, APG shall not be liable for any direct, specific or consequential damage or other damage of any kind whatsoever arising in connection with the indirect or direct use of the information provided on the APG websites.
