This page serves for the transparent and timely publication of other market information, in accordance with REMIT Regulations (EU) 1227/2011 and (EU) No. 2024/1106  Article 4.

The presentations and formats of the publications are based on the requirements for the publication of other inside information in accordance with the Manual of Procedures (MoP) of the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER).

According to Regulation (EU) No. 2024/1106 (REMIT II) Article 5, insider information must be published on so-called insider information platforms. APG fulfills this obligation by publishing on the JAO insider information platform.
