REMIT

The regulations (EU) No. 1227/2011 (REMIT I) and (EU) No. 2024/1106 (REMIT II) are significant European Union legislation aimed at ensuring the integrity and transparency of the wholesale energy market. The REMIT regulation plays a crucial role in establishing a more stable and efficient energy market in Europe. Through clear regulations and monitoring, it aims to increase the trust of market participants while ensuring that the wholesale energy market is operated in accordance with the principles of fairness and transparency.

In accordance with Article 4 of the REMIT Regulation, APG publishes the following types of inside information:
