Water Reservoirs and Hydro Storage Plants

The amount of energy still stored in a reservoir changes with the fill level. Corresponding total values for all Austrian storage power plants are continuously published by E-Control Austria.

Since Regulation (EU) No 543/2013 came into effect on 05 January 2015, hydro storage levels have been published by the generation units on the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform as well.
