Installed capacity per production type

The following table provides an overview of the power plant capacity installed in the APG control area. Power plants from subordinate grids are included, as long as they are known to APG. Power plants located directly at a control area border are considered in proportion to the quantity which they feed into the APG grid.

The disclosure requirement is based on Commission Regulation (EU) No 543/2013, Article 14.1.a. In addition to the required annual publication, the values are updated during the year if necessary.

In the case of photovoltaic plants, only the infeed in accordance with the Austrian directives of approved installations is considered. The actual installed capacity may therefore be higher (as of June 2024).
